The IBF is a voluntary association organized by representatives of various athletic commissions for the purpose of obtaining greater efficiency and uniformity in the supervision of professional boxing. The NABF is a not for profit regional sanctioning body awarding titles in the Federal District of Mexico, Canada and the United States.
